RMCP provides digitizing services. We accept files in the following formats JPG, GIF, or Tajima DST.

  Designs are billed at 5,000 stitches. Additional stitches are billed if logo or design exceeds that amount. 

Email your artwork and questions to sales@redmountaincustomprints.com and will contact you within twenty-four (24) hours or earlier of submission. 

Uploaded/Digitized Designs:

When you upload an embroidery design to us, we will charge a non-refundable one time fee to pay for digitizing. 

If you cancel the order and we have digitized your logo you are still responsible for the $40.00 setup fee.  For logo's  or artwork with stitches over 5,000 set up charges for digitizing range from $40.00 to $75.00 per design. 

Once we have digitized your logo, we keep it on file so future orders will not require a setup fee.
